What is a "Maintenance Emergency"?

These are items that need IMMEDIATE attention, such as:

• Sewage back-ups (toilet, sink or bathtub)

• Leak in pipes or roof

• Electrical problems

• Water heater problems

• No A/C or heater

• We will assess a $2 fee if an 'emergency' is called in and it's not one of these items.

For all 'non-emergency' maintenance requests:

• It must be put in writing

• It may be mailed or faxed to our office (405.605.6440)

• Please include:

  • Your Name

  • Full address

  • Phone number where you may be reached

  • The maintenance request
